1. Beta Access

Trakt is currently in closed beta. The Service is provided “as is” and may contain bugs or incomplete features. We may modify, suspend, or terminate access without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By logging in with Google or another third-party service, you authorize us to access basic profile information (e.g., name, email).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized access. Trakt is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.

You may use the Service only for lawful business and marketing purposes.

All content, code, and designs related to Trakt are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data and leads.

6. Data & Attribution

By using Trakt, you agree that we may collect marketing data (such as UTM parameters, referral URLs, and form submission metadata) to improve attribution accuracy. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers or third parties unrelated to Trakt’s operation.
