Welcome to TRAKT. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, platform, or services. By accessing or using TRAKT (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
Trakt Technology Inc. (“TRAKT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Canadian technology company offering marketing attribution and sales enablement software through a cloud-based platform at trakt.pro. We build tools that help teams sync, align, and stop guessing.
2. Eligibility
To use TRAKT, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction),
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract,
- Use TRAKT only for lawful and business-related purposes.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Our Intellectual Property
Everything you see or interact with on TRAKT—our interface, logo, content, and code—is the intellectual property of Trakt Technology Inc., protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
- Reverse engineer or exploit any part of the platform.
You may:
- Use the platform as intended for business and marketing purposes.
- Show it off to your sales team, who will pretend to understand it.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of any data you input into TRAKT. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze that data to deliver the features you’ve signed up for.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t spy on you. We just help you sync your pipeline like an adult.

6. Billing and Payment
Use of certain features may require a paid subscription. When you subscribe:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- All prices are listed in CAD and subject to applicable taxes.
You may cancel anytime. But we’ll miss you.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TRAKT if:
- You breach these Terms.
- You use our tools for sketchy purposes.
- You ghost us. (We don’t like that.)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TRAKT is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. But we do promise to try.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trakt Technology Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including lost revenue, data loss, or sales teams ignoring your MQLs.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian laws.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you by updating the date above. Continued use of TRAKT means you accept the new version—unless you close the tab and walk away dramatically.
